How can I create a listing for my business?
Once you create an account you will have the following options:
We offer Basic Listings or Standard Listings which allow more content to be uploaded.
Do you offer FREE Listings?
No.
We no longer offer Free Listings as the administrative costs were so great that it was no longer possible.
We offer human moderated and enhanced, spam free Australian business listings.
Your Basic Listing ($39.00 incl GST once off payment, no annual fee) will appear live on our website within 24 hours and includes:
- Business Name,
- Address,
- Phone Number and
- Website URL
This is a great NAP citation.

Apart from Basic and Standard Listings do you offer any other options?
Businesses that purchase a Standard ($49.00 includes GST, Once Off Inclusion Fee) Listing also have the option of adding "Sponsorship" on top for a small fee. The exact fee depends on business category, location and whether other similar businesses in your location have already secured Sponsorship.
We operate on a first come, first served basis so that if you are the first business to pay for Sponsorship you will be locked into position number 1 on search results always - provided of course you renew your annual listing fee.
Sponsored Listings have all the features of Standard Listings but also appear on the top of search results and featured at the top of our Latest Listings page.
My business is already listed but has incorrect information. How can I update?
A listing for your business may have been created by a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) company previously hired by your business or by a former employee or owner or legacy information from publicly available databases.
In any case if it contains incorrect or out of date information such as address or phone number changes then it is important to update it.
If there is a "Claim Listing" button visible on your Listing (see picture) then you can click it and go through the claim process.
Otherwise if there is no "Claim Listing" button visible if you created the listing but have forgotten your password to login to your account there is a "Forgotten Password" recovery option (see below pictures).
Failing the above two options, if you can prove you are the business owner, for example if your email address has the same domain name as the business website, then you can email us to delete the listing. Then you can create a new listing with the current information.
For previously created legacy Free listings we do not offer any free support to amend listing details. We only offer support if you have purchased a Standard Listing.
