Please bear in mind that cosmetic treatment (Tooth Straightening, Tooth Whitening or Composite Bonding) can only be carried out in healthy mouths which are free of any active disease, and therefore a dental check-up with x-rays are often pre-requisites to starting cosmetic treatment to ensure that everything is healthy.

If you have had a check-up and x-rays in the past 6-12 months and everything was ok, it’s still medico-legally necessary to ensure your current oral health before treatment. Therefore, if possible, please contact your previous dentist and ask for copies of your latest dental notes and x-rays to bring to your consultation session. Otherwise, Dr Bez would be happy to carry out a full dental check-up for you.
